The NPS is a widely recognized measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and this remarkable achievement reflects not only our team’s dedication but also the trust and confidence our customers have placed in us. It’s taken nearly three decades of persistence, learning, and evolution to reach this point, and I couldn’t be more proud of our people and their relentless pursuit of excellence.
