With 12 years of experience in technology sales, she brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the business.
Having been promoted from within the team, Jessica has firsthand experience of the challenges and opportunities that come with frontline selling. She has leveraged this experience to develop strategies that resonate with the team and drive results. Her journey from solution advisor to sales leader exemplifies her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Throughout her career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients. Her leadership style is characterized by empowerment, mentorship, and a relentless focus on achieving excellence. She thrives on challenges and is dedicated to leading by example, inspiring her team to reach new heights of success.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys time with her family and is a proud member of the Junior League of Cedar Rapids.
Director of Data Science and Strategy
As the CATCH Intelligence Director of Data Science and Strategy, Davina has been very involved in developing and growing our Data Science practice and consultants. Davina came to CATCH Intelligence as a former teacher which has given her an incredible set of skills very useful in the consulting world. Davina holds a Master of Science in Mathematics; emphasis in Data Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha; a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Davina has grown the CATCH Data Science program from one to 10+ data scientists in seven years. Davina has helped her team develop data-driven Predictive and Prescriptive initiatives, and build, test, and maintain Predictive and Prescriptive models, use cases, and Data Science strategy designs and implementations, and provide strong customer service and satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
HR/Office Manager
Marian has been with CATCH Intelligence since 2004 as Human Resources Manager and Office Manager. Responsible for payroll and accounting functions; Marian also handles the health, dental, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401K plans for all employees and all office issues. Marian is the heart of CATCH Intelligence. She develops rapport quickly with staff at all levels of the organization and helps create an environment conducive to personal and professional growth. Marian graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Psychology and is heavily involved with her parish and several fundraisers and volunteer activities. “Wherever you go, go with all your heart” – Confucius
Director of Data Management Services
As the Director of Data Management Services, Ed is responsible for overseeing CATCH Data Warehouse consulting engagements, including the successful delivery of all our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Assessments and Projects. With proven leadership in Data Warehouse strategies, methodologies, processes, and implementation, Ed brings over 20 years of technology management experience leading successful teams to attain corporate and team goals and objectives. Joining CATCH Intelligence in 2007, Ed has had direct oversight and responsibility for supporting dozens of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse projects from start to finish. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming Technology from Metro Community College.
Vice President of Organizational Development
As the CATCH Intelligence Vice President of Organizational Development, Janet has been very involved in developing and growing our consultants. Known as a motivator, Janet strives to lead with energy, cultivating change while focusing on developing people and helping them achieve personal and professional goals. Janet holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha; a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and is a Certified Collaboration Professional through the Center of Collaboration Science University of Nebraska at Omaha. With a true servant’s heart, Janet dedicates much of her time to supporting the children and staff of The Raining Season, an orphanage in Sierra Leone.
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer at CATCH Intelligence, Roy defines the strategy, process, and technical direction to ensure that CATCH’s products, infrastructure, and services exceed customer expectations. Roy joined CATCH Intelligence in 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience leading enterprise initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Roy has a wealth of expertise in Product Development, Application Development, Big Data solutions, Business Analytics, IT Infrastructure, & IT Support. Roy has a customer-focused attitude and is committed to delivering value through innovative technology. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Masters of Business Administration from Bellevue University. Outside of work, Roy enjoys woodworking, spending time with his three children, and mentoring youth in leadership, personal growth, and sports excellence.

Mark Floersch is the founder and CEO of CATCH Intelligence, a recognized leader in business intelligence and analytic solutions. Serving in his current role as President and CEO for 20 years, Mark provides the vision and management to keep CATCH Intelligence focused on its customers and properly serving its markets. Mark feels compelled to give back and make a difference globally and is the CATCH conduit for inspirational energy. He’s a visionary that enjoys painting pictures of what could be and then designing plans to turn that vision into reality. Mark has been a soccer coach for over twenty years, a parent of six children, and has a passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.
